The Chetna Research Institute's Call for Papers for its First Annual Policy Paradigms Competition will be scheduled for Spring, 2007, with a deadline of September 30, 2007. The Policy Paradigms Competition is intended to stimulate leading academic, industry, and community thinkers to address issues at the interface of economic theory, monetary and public policy, and structural dynamics.

The communiqué of Spring, 2007 will specify eligibility and evaluation criteria, competition theme and question, and award. Though only one paper will be recommended for the Chetna Institute Award, top paper authors will be invited to submit proposals for funds to sponsor research in areas similar to those addressed by the competition. Proposals will also be invited in areas such as the Knowledge Economy, Environmental Policy, and Health Care Policy.
