The most successful companies adopt a strategically integrated, multiple bottom line approach to business and devote resources to maintaining their edge as leaders in both the marketplace and in corporate culture
New government policies, demanding environmental standards and pressure for corporate responsibility initiatives have placed a new expectation on the role of leaders. Individuals are demanding a workplace that honors work-life balance and a place where they enjoy working. Companies that cannot integrate these new ways of working and allocating resources as part of their strategic focus will not survive in the emerging business world. Chetna Inc. has spent a decade working with organizations and researching the very best business practices of top performing small, medium and large organizations in the public and private sectors across North America and Europe.
As a result of this extensive experience, Chetna has pioneered a strategically integrated business model that enables robust profit while integrating new business values throughout the organization. In businesses that adopt these strategies, we have observed an average of 70% decrease in turnover, an 83% increase in productivity and a 68% increase in profit. Overall health and well-being is reported as significantly increased.
Organizational Disconnect
This year we have launched Chetna Integrated Organization Certification. This is a powerful process for not only discovering what needs to occur for you to maintain your goals and vision of being a leading company but helps you achieve your desire of strategically and consciously integrating all the initiatives you feel are important to good business success.
1. Your company will be assessed on research validated and field-tested criteria to ensure your organization is strategically integrated and seamlessly operating on multiple bottom lines. You and your teamwill then have a clear and deep understanding of the areas that could be improved and an inventory of the areas of existing strength.
2. You can choose to improve one area or all using your own internal resources or access Chetnas experts, and our extensive research and programs to manage the process with you to meet your optimal performance criteria.
3. We will track each criteria to see how performance and profit is affected throughout the fiscal period. At the end of the day the stakeholders of your organization, be they Board members, shareholders, or employees will also be able to see improvement year over year on a more comprehensive set of indicators.
4. Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum certification is awarded if the criteria for each level is achieved. Your certification lets prospective employees, the community and industry know your company operates at the highest level of integrity, excellence and performance.

highest level of integrity, excellence and performance.
How it Works
Enhanced Integration allows a better flow of information, flow of decision-making, efficient allocation of resources and flow of people on all levels of the organization.
Organizational Flow

Optimal Flow allows Optimal Performance and Optimal Profit. ALL levels will experience more optimal flow, and thus better performance and profit.
Traditional reporting indicators are integrated with additional, multiple bottom lines that meld to create best practices. Each layer of the organization has to flow, that is why we assess, track and give feedback on each layer. Companies can receive certification for a module or they can receive a panorganizational certification at the Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze level if each module meets that levels criteria.
How EFFICIENTLY and how EFFECTIVELY your organization integrates on all these criteria is what differentiates the platinum levels from the bronze level
