What is the New Economy?
Our most recent economy is based on the flow of money. The bottom line is profit. The new economy recognizes that organizations are also a part of a system of people, community, and the broader environment. Most importantly, organizations can be conscious and responsible for that huge impact on their spheres of influence.
What is NEBA?
We understand that the new economy is being driven by people, new government policies and new environmental standards. We understand that companies that cannot find strategic solutions to meet those demands and still be profitable will become dinosaurs. We have spent ten years of research and practice to understand how to help an organization hold the thought foundations, and develop or tweak their strategies throughout their business to stay ahead of the curve. We are New Economy Business Architects and it is our mission to help organizations build a business that leads with strength.
What is NEO?
The New Economy Organization process first helps your company understand that a natural system helps an organization function with success in the new economy. A natural system is dynamically conscious of inputs and outputs of all forms of energy (not just money) and the flow between them.
1. We help an organization become conscious of all its parts not just the ones we are used to controlling to achieve a certain outcome, but the parts that affect more than profit (people, environment, community and organizational flow) We do this, by teaching FLOW. Flow is the ability to observe and discern how those parts work together optimally.
2. We help the action. We help an organization align strategy, structure and systems and integrate all the different streams accurately to create optimal use of all its resources. We help track, and report an integrated look at all the layers of the organization.
A natural system allows ALL the optimal byproducts to emerge, grow and self-propel: employee satisfaction, environmental sustainability, sound proactive strategy, profit. A true multiple bottom line picture is created.
