With a Masters of Science in ecology, Ben devoted ten years to understanding capital and environmental integration on a smaller scale. Gary Kay

Gary Kay has gained over 30 years of environmental experience in the public and private sectors in the field of environmental consulting, education and training.
Gary is a partner in Trio Environmental Services a diversified environmental consultancy specialized in the fields of ISO 9000, 14000 implementation, environmental compliance and regulatory approvals waste management, sustainable energy technologies, biomass energy, environmental education and training.
Gary was retained as program consultant by the University of Guelph to develop the Environmental Management Diploma Program. A part-time senior lecturer at the Ridgetown Campus, University of Guelph. Gary also has over 15 years experience teaching at the college level in environmental management.
In 2000, Gary completed a 26-year career at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. For the last 15 years, Gary held the title of Special Projects Coordinator, Southwestern Region, responsible for the delivery of a variety of programs dealing with waste management, pollution prevention and sustainability, policy development and implementation Outreach and training activities included the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in a variety of training and outreach formats. Gary has been involved in the development of a variety of NGO's including the London Chamber of Commerce Environment Committee, Environmental Awareness Service for Educators, The Natural Step program and the Terry Fox Committee, London branch.
Gary has a Masters of Engineering (Environmental) M. Eng. degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a registered professional planner, MCIP, RPP.
